Our history.

Ace Resource Advisory Services Sdn Bhd (“Ace Resource”) was incorporated in February 2013. We are a knowledge processing outsourcing ("KPO") centre, providing consultancy and services in Digital Technology, Data Analytics, LEAN and Continuous Improvement. Our customer base is primarily made up of resource-based manufacturing companies with operations across the globe. The business model is built on effective deployment of our employee Subject Matter specialists to global present cover Asia Pacific, East Asia and other countries, through modern information technology infrastructure, to meet the strategic needs of customers to grow and to improve productivity.

Ace Resource is an MSC Malaysia status company operating in the MSC Malaysia Cybercentre at Wisma Averis, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. With a current workforce of approximately 50 highly-skilled talents, Ace Resource comprises four areas of focus: ACE Digital on Digital Technology and Data Analytics, Business Continuous Improvement Department (BCID) on Continuous Improvement and LEAN consultancy.

Embracing a culture of Continuous Improvement, we champion LEAN transformations across our customer groups to identify and implement strategic priorities, build internal capabilities to become leaner, more agile, fast to market; all the while mitigating risks to ensure long-term sustainability and competitiveness.
