Serve as the voice of the business users.
Identify business needs, gather business requirements and translate into requirement specification which can be understood by the DevOps team; subsequently working closely with DevOps team to ensure software development aligned with the requirements.
Able to work in Agile environment and be an Agile practitioner.
Define and documenting business process flows, user stories and data models for new system development or for process redesign .
Works with UI/UX teams to deliver a User Experience (UX) that aligns with business requirements.
Coordinate with testing team members for SIT, UAT and FAT.
Work closely with PO/PSM to monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Train and support key stakeholders/end users through to end of project warranty.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
Energy, drive and passion to work, and operate in a digital world.
At least 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis/ Product Ownership/ Scrum Project Management in software development (Agile/ Scrum).
Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in English a must. Bahasa and Mandarin knowledge will be advantageous.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Analytical/ problem solving skills.
Experienced in QA methodology, JIRA and testing.
Experience in implementation of Knowledge Management System would be a bonus.
Degree/Masters/PhD. in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Computational Statistics/Physics, or any other related computational/ quantitative discipline.
