Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner.
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
Research and define the customer segments served by the company's products. This will be based on developing a deep understanding of customer goals, the value customers derive from the product, and the business capabilities and digital strategies of the business domain.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Orchestrate a variety of stakeholders to achieve a shared vision of product goals and priorities.
Work closely with product teams to convey the product vision, continuously verify that the product fulfils that vision (as measured by customer value and business outcomes) and help the team ensure it is building the right product.
Maintain a full product life cycle perspective, and work to balance short-term achievements with long-term goals (such as minimizing technical debt while maximizing resiliency).
Define product vision, product road-map and growth opportunities.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
Work closely with Business to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
Follow our competitors and the industry.
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
Experienced in Industry 4.0.

Track-record of leading large, cross-functional teams in delivering results/decisions.
Having minimum of 8 years of experienced required for this role.
Capable of understanding project-level content as well as executive-level strategic thinking.
Innovate like entrepreneurs and delight customers through "design thinking."
Candidates with a business background who have a deep understanding of customers, digital opportunities, the company's value proposition for its products, and the technology context and strategy required to differentiate those products in the marketplace.
Ability to influence behaviour without organizational hierarchy.
Significant experience working within software delivery ecosystem.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiastic, positive, humble, social, organized, courageous, patient, articulate, punctual & empathetic.
Strong problem-solving, organization and project management skills.
Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in English a must. Bahasa and Mandarin knowledge will be advantageous.
Process manufacturing technology & system exposure for Pulp and Paper Manufacturing, Palm Oil refining and Viscose Fibre Manufacturing will be a bonus.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in instrumentation engineering/Mechanical engineering/Chemical engineering/Software engineering MBA preferred.
