Define and execute our digital IoT product and solutions roadmap. This role will work closely with a cross-disciplinary team, including technology, business, marketing and country teams with a goal to drive digital adoption.
Continually drive products towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility.
Own the execution of IoT solutions and ensure that the solution works per the agreed architecture, SLAs, KPIs and business model.
Defining business and operational KPIs to help Ace achieve IoT goals and objectives.
Recommending tools and platforms that would help implement the defined use cases.
Evaluate vendor IoT digital platform, architectures and propose the right solution that best fits RGE’s business requirements.
Responsible to drive the IoT strategy across hardware, software and networking components – practically end to end responsibility.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
8+ years of experience working in technology domain – specific +4 years focus on digital IoT domain working across hardware, software and end to end IoT software stack.
Exposure to manufacturing systems & operational technology (OT) software such as MES(manufacturing execution system), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), PLC(Programmable Logic Controls), HMI (Human Machine Interface), etc. is a must.
Knowledge and exposure in network topologies, transport protocols, Big Data and cloud computing are desirable.
Working experience in IOT platforms such as GE Predix, Hitachi Lumada, Rockwell VantagePoint will be an advantage.
Process manufacturing technology & system exposure for Pulp and Paper Manufacturing, Palm Oil refining and Viscose Fibre Manufacturing will be a bonus.

Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in English a must. Bahasa and Mandarin knowledge will be advantageous.
Entrepreneurial approach and willingness to accept challenges and responsibilities.
Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Electronics, Computer, instrumentation engineering /Software engineering or equivalent.
