Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends. Communicate emerging business and consumer trends to respective stakeholders. Promote new technology opportunities and trends to business partners.
Understand the current AS-IS process, identify the gaps/challenges, agree with the process, business owner the TO-BE process and position the use of digital technologies to deliver the required values. This includes understand the customer journey, and translate into user stories. Aid business partners in understanding trade-offs and developing consensus.
Collaborate in digital technology to provide expert support in diagnosis of processes within area of expertise; accordingly, suggest proven practice solutions and ensure implementation of the suggested processes which include understanding information and data analysis requirements, prototype and co-design for innovative solutions.
Develop, implement and drive continuous improvements in the standardized business capabilities using digital technologies, including supporting enterprise digital strategy and organizational change.
Work closely with other technologists to input into the digital architecture strategy across various digital channels – Social, Mobile, Web, Cloud, Analytics, etc.
Work with the Digital team to ensure all assigned digital process improvement projects and deliverables are delivered on time and meet business expectations.

5+ years of experience working in business analyst role – specific to working on digitization initiatives across various domains such as DevOps, Enterprise/Industrial Process Automation, AI/ML, Cloud, IoT, Security, etc.
Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in English a must. Bahasa and Mandarin knowledge will be advantageous.
Consulting experience is preferred.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial approach and willingness to accept challenges and responsibilities.
Experienced in research is a must.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic team.
Process manufacturing technology & system exposure for Pulp and Paper Manufacturing, Palm Oil refining and Viscose Fibre Manufacturing will be a bonus.
Bachelor's, Master's or PhD’s Degree in Software/Computer/IT/Engineering or related.
